Sarasota, FL - The Zelenko Foundation, along with many community partners, will hold a press conference on March 20, 2023, at Sarasota Memorial Hospital to demand an external investigation into the COVID-19 hospital protocols that potentially endangered, injured, or killed patients. The conference will be held at 9:30 am in front of Sarasota Hospital, and all media outlets are invited to attend.
The Zelenko Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving public health by supporting medical research, advocacy, and education. The foundation's founder, Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, was a highly respected physician who has treated COVID-19 patients successfully with early intervention protocols.
We believe Sarasota Memorial Hospital, by implementing COVID-19 hospital protocols that were not evidence-based and potentially harmful, has engaged in reckless behavior thus conceivably endangering, injuring, or killing patients. Patients have reported being denied effective treatments such as Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine, and other treatments, while being subjected to experimental therapies with unknown risks and benefits.
The Zelenko Foundation believes that Sarasota Memorial Hospital has violated the basic rights of patients to receive the best available medical care, and that an independent investigation is necessary to determine the full extent of the harm caused. The foundation also believes that Governor DeSantis should intervene to ensure that patients' rights are protected and that hospitals are held accountable for their actions.
